Sponsored by Ogier, the Stroke and Stride is a 3-series race held every August with the start and finish at Sunset House. The event is a charity fund-raiser and attracts a wide range of abilities; from those that regularly compete, to those that just want to get out and get some exercise in a fun environment.

Race 1 - Aug 10th - 400m swim, 2 mile run - 5:45pm start
Race 2 - Aug 17th - 600m swim, 2 mile run - 5:45pm start
Race 3 - Aug 24th - 800m swim, 2 mile run - 5:45pm start
