Peanut Protein Shake
½ pint of orange juice
½ pint of water
1 greek plain organic yoghurt
1 heaped tablespoon of peanut butter (natural)
1 to 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder.
Directions: Wizz all together in a blender and enjoy!
